Welcome to Dalkey Medical, a second generation GP surgery, located just off the main street in Dalkey. Our practice of five GPs provides a comprehensive range of general medical services, supported by our two dedicated nurses and administrative team.

Due to COVID-19, outbreak the way we work has changed there will be no Walk- in appointments available.OUT OF HOURS care is through EDOC, telephone number is 01 2234500. This Service operates from 18.00 to 08.00 Monday to Friday, and 24 hours, Saturday, Sunday and all Bank & Public Holidays.

General Medical Assessment
Women's and Men's Health (Cervical Check, Contraception including Mirena/Implanon/Menopause, Free contraception scheme, Sexual Health)
Maternal (Antenatal & Neonatal) and Child Health (Childhood Immunisations & Under-6s Access)
Adolescent and Young Adult Health
Chronic Disease Management (diabetes, heart & chest disease)
Cryotherapy
Blood tests, Blood pressure checks (including 24 hr monitor), ECGs
Vaccines & Injections
Insurance, Employment and Medicolegal Assessment
The HSE is now extending free GP consultations up to children's 8th birthday. It is essential to apply for the card online to access free GP visits for your child (children under 6 on the 1st of July 2023 do not need to apply, their card will be automatically extended)
