PRESCRIPTIONS:

We operate a policy of accepting prescription requests in writing only. Our admin staff members are not permitted to accept verbal requests for medication at any time. This policy is in place to:

guarantee maximum patient safety
make sure patients are aware of medications they are requesting
ensure accurate records of patient medications are retained
minimize human error

You can email your request to info@dalkeymedical.ie , fill out the form below or post your request to Dalkey Medical.

Please Pre-Pay for All Prescriptions - we'll text you the payment link once we receive your request.

You don’t need to collect prescriptions at the Medical Centre. We will forward it to your designated Pharmacy. Please allow 72 hrs for this to occur.

Your usual pharmacy may dispense a small Emergency Supply of your medication, until you are able to contact your doctor.
